Frequently asked questions

We are based in Germany and ship within Germany and to other European countries. If you are outside Europe, get in touch and we will see what we can do.

We primarily use PLA and PETG filaments, which are strong, lightweight, and available in a wide range of colours. For specific material requests (e.g. flexible TPU, ASA for outdoor use) please mention it in your custom print request.

It depends on the size and complexity. Once you submit your file we will review it, provide a quote, and give you an estimated print time. Most simple prints are done within 3–5 business days after payment.

We accept STL and OBJ files. If you have a different format, convert it first or get in touch and we will help.

After you submit your file, we review it and send you a quoted price by email. The quote covers printing time, material cost, and handling. You only pay after you accept — there is no obligation.

We accept card payments via Stripe. All prices are in EUR. For custom print quotes, you will receive a secure payment link by email once the price is confirmed.

Because every print is made to order, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if there is a quality issue or a mistake on our end, we will always make it right — either with a reprint or a refund.

Most models are printed in one or a few pieces and are ready to use. Any model that requires assembly will have that noted in the product description.

For custom prints, yes — mention your preferred colour in the notes when submitting your file. For shop products, the colour shown in the listing is the default. Contact us if you want a different colour and we will check availability.
